DO YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR PRODUCT?

At Jivana Health and Wellness we aim to deal with customer concerns quickly, efficiently and fairly. For customer service issues please be sure to send an email to gabrielle@jivana.com.au or call our office on +61413858505. Email is preferred as this ensures that no mix ups occur, as this gives us a written record of the issue and at busy times. We will do our absolute best to resolve your concerns fairly, quickly and compassionately.

WHAT IS OUR EXCHANGES, REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY?

You may return your purchase to us within 14 days from the shipping date for a full refund or exchange. Shipping is non-refundable including any free shipping charges we have paid on your behalf.

You will have to bear the costs of the return postage unless the product is defective or sent to you in error. If you would like to exchange products, you will also need to pay the new postage costs.

Any used or opened beauty and toiletry products we are unable to accept returns on due to hygiene reasons. Please aways check your purchased products before opening to ensure you have the right order.

If you found you ordered the wrong product, or we sent the wrong product, please return in all of it’s original packaging, unopened and unused.

ALLERGIC REACTIONS & SENSITIVITIES

Jivana Health and Wellness cannot be held responsible for individual reactions or irritations from a product. Always patch test before use. Please ensure you read ingredients lists before purchasing.

If for any reason a product is deemed as damaged within 14 days of receiving it, please return the unused portion to us, and we will assess and send a replacement if all agreed upon.

IMPORTANT:
If you are wanting a replacement of a product or a refund, please ensure you send everything back in the exact condition it was sent to you, unopened, unused and in perfect condition. This includes packing the product securely for transit back to us.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Always inspect postage carton/satchel for any damage that may have occurred in transit and if any damage is evident please take photos for evidence sake. Normal wear on the outside of post packaging is normal however if any concerning damage has occurred please contact us immediately by email at gabrielle@jivana.com.au or by phone on +61413 858 505 Mon-Fri 9AM to 5PM (Eastern Standard Time). Please provide all your account details including order number. Also please ensure you hold onto any packaging and damaged items, we will contact the carrier to follow up.
